A cooperation protocol was signed between Buharkent Vocational School of our university and Bulutfon Telecommunications Inc. for the use of software by students and academic staff of the Office Services and Secretariat Department Call Center Services Program.
The signing ceremony was attended by Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kaya, Bulutfon Inc. Company Manager Tevfik Yasdıkçıoğlu, Deputy Directors Lecturer Gültekin Baysal, Lecturer Yasin Başlar, Acting Department Head Lecturer İsmet Anık Baysal, and faculty members Lecturer Dr. Berkin Hanaylı and Lecturer Sefa Akbaş.
Within the scope of the signed protocol, software support will be provided in the Buharkent Vocational School Call Center Laboratory to enable students to practice, and more comprehensive training will be offered through sector-similar applications in courses. Thanks to this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to receive more comprehensive and practical education in the call center services field.
The signing ceremony concluded with the hope that the cooperation between the two institutions will continue to strengthen and yield beneficial outcomes for both parties.
