A pre-accreditation evaluation meeting was held at our Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (ITBF) on February 20, 2025, prior to the FEDEK accreditation audit process.
The meeting was chaired by our University’s Vice Rectors, Prof. Dr. Cemal Iyem and Prof. Dr. Erkan Salan, and attended by Acting Dean of ITBF, Prof. Dr. Tuncay Saygin; Vice Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Gunenc; and the heads of departments applying for accreditation.
During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding the faculty’s academic performance, compliance with quality standards, physical and academic infrastructure, educational activities, and academic and social events. Detailed information was provided on how these elements align with the accreditation criteria.
