Patent Co-Invented by Our Faculty Member Wins Silver Medal at TÜRKPATENT ISIF’25

The patent titled “Liquidambar orientalis (Sweetgum) Oil Capsule”, which is part of Akdeniz University’s patent portfolio and was co-invented by Prof. Dr. Hilal Şahin Nadeem, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and faculty member in the Department of Food Engineering at Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADU), has been awarded the Silver Medal at the TÜRKPATENT ISIF’25 International Invention Fair.

Recognized as the world’s most visited international invention fair, ISIF’25 provided a prestigious platform for groundbreaking innovations. This notable achievement is considered a significant success for both our university and our country.
