Pastry Chef Ali Talu met with students at the application kitchen of our University's Didim Vocational School (MYO) during a workshop event held on February 18, 2025. The event was organized under the coordination of Lecturer Meliha Yaren Berktas.
Sharing insights into the art of pastry-making, Chef Ali Talu provided valuable information to students aspiring to become future chefs, offering tips for achieving success in a professional kitchen. Under the chef’s guidance, students gained hands-on experience by preparing a variety of delicious desserts.
During the event, MYO Director, Lecturer Dr. M. Nimet Cavus, visited the application kitchen and thanked Chef Ali Talu for his valuable contributions.
