Our University’s Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, officially recognizing its institutional management approach and service quality.
The administrative and financial processes carried out on our University’s central campus—including procurement of goods and services, cleaning and security services, transportation services, civil defense activities, and printing services—have been audited in accordance with international standards and found to be compliant with the requirements of the quality management system. The certificate, issued as a result of the audit conducted by authorized personnel, will remain valid until February 26, 2026, and stands as a clear indicator of our University’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Highlighting the significant efforts made to obtain the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent, stated:
