Faysal Sılıv, a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Education of the Faculty of Sports Sciences of our university and a graduate student of Physical Education and Sports Education, achieved a great success in the Turkish Kick Boxing Championship held in Antalya between 21-28 January 2025 and became the champion of Turkey in the K1 category of the senior men's 54 kg weight.
Our University’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent expressed his pride in the university's achievements in every field, stating: “Our students from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, known as the School of Champions, continue to make not only our university but also our city proud. The great success achieved by Faysal Sılıv is a reflection of our university’s strong vision in the field of sports. The outstanding success of our students is highly valuable.
