The Aegean Career Fair (EGEKAF'25), organized under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office (CBİKO) across 13 regions with the participation of host and partner universities, is being held on February 26-27, 2025, at the Şehzadeler Campus Fatih Hall, hosted by Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBÜ).
The opening ceremony was attended by President of the Presidential Human Resources Office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Salim Atay, Governor of Manisa Vahdettin Özkan, MCBÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar, Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent, protocol members, rectors of partner universities, Our University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal İyem, Acting Secretary General Prof. Dr. Bertan Akyol, Aydın Provincial Director of Industry and Technology Fatih Ulutaş, Technokent General Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Akkaya, career center directors, company representatives with booths, university faculty members, and students.
As part of the "Talent Everywhere" career events within the framework of the E-Human digital service approach, the Aegean Career Fair brings together tens of thousands of students from 13 universities in the Aegean Region with the business world. Participating universities include:
The fair provides students and graduates with the opportunity to receive first-hand information from human resources officials of companies about job/internship opportunities and career prospects. Simultaneously, companies and institutions have the chance to introduce themselves, meet potential candidates suitable for their job positions, and directly access qualified human resources by collecting applications.
Our University Rector, Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent, visited Our University Career Center's booth at the fair, holding consultations with career center officials and students. Additionally, Our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Cemal İyem, delivered a presentation titled "From Past to Future: Human Resources Management and Career Planning" at EGEKAF'25.
EGEKAF'25, known as Europe's largest career fair, aims to bring together tens of thousands of young people with the business world. Organized across 13 different regions in the 2024-2025 academic year, the fair will host hundreds of events ranging from career talks, panels, presentations, and training sessions.
