Our university's Kuşadası Vocational School has hosted another international achievement. Assist. Prof. Emrah Köksal Sezgin, PhD-Head of the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services Department, has been honored with an Honorary Membership Certificate and Medal of Honor by the Azerbaijan Federation of Culinary Experts for his original academic work in the field of gastronomy and his contributions to promoting Turkish culinary culture on international platforms.
Assist. Prof. Emrah Köksal Sezgin's years of academic research, his high-quality publications in the field of gastronomy, and his dedicated efforts to preserve, develop, and promote traditional Turkish cuisine have been recognized internationally through this meaningful award. This prestigious certificate and medal, presented by the Azerbaijan Federation of Culinary Experts, not only highlights the individual achievements of our faculty member but also shows the contribution our university makes to scientific and cultural representation.
