Our Faculty Member Elected as a Management Committee Member in a COST Action

Prof. Dr. Cafer Turgut, a faculty member of the Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture at Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADU), has been elected as a Management Committee Member of the CA24108 – Oxidative Stress at the Crossroads of Adverse Outcome Pathways, Pesticides and One Health (CAPSTONE) Action, carried out within the framework of the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) programme supported by the European Union.

Through this role, Prof. Dr. Cafer Turgut is expected to contribute to the development of international scientific collaborations focusing on the effects of pesticides within the context of oxidative stress and the One Health approach. This important appointment is anticipated to enhance the international academic visibility of our university and further strengthen its scientific cooperation networks.
