Traditional Turkish Arts Miniature Artist of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Melis Sevilay Uludağ visited Rector, Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk Aldemir in his office on February 13, 2019.
Melis Sevilay Uludag informed Rector, Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk Aldemir about Traditional Turkish Arts and wished that his new position would bring our university and our province success.
Rector, Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk Aldemir expressed his appreciation of the visit and emphasized that Turkish Miniature Art had its own unique characteristic and it was an inspiration especially to Post-Republican Turkish paintings. Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk Aldemir stated that he was very sensitive to the sustainability and development of miniature craft and expressed that his administration was ready to support all kinds of projects and bilateral cooperation in this respect.
