Assoc. Prof. Birol Aydin (Violin), Asst. Prof. Dr. Onurcan Kaya (Percussion), and Lecturer Dr. Emre Ustgul (Oud) from our university's State Conservatory represented our institution at the "Wednesday Concerts" series, organized in collaboration with Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University and Canakkale Municipality, on February 5, 2025, at the Canakkale Municipality Cultural Center.
Performing as "Kusadasi Trio," our faculty members presented a repertoire featuring traditional Turkish music pieces as well as Western music arrangements. The concert concluded with a Jazz piece, and oud artist and Director of our University's State Conservatory, Lecturer Dr. Emre Ustgul, stated that they aim to contribute to the promotion of the State Conservatory through such events. He also emphasized that they plan to continue these performances in various locations across the country in the coming days.
