Investment in the Future from KOSK Vocational School: Students Enter Business Life Before Graduation

Our University Kosk Vocational School has implemented the 3+1 Vocational Education Model in Business in order to bring its students to the business world as better equipped and experienced individuals. Thanks to this innovative education model, students have the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge in the field by starting long-term internships at the last stage of their education.

Our students in the Food Technology, Food Quality Control and Analysis, Logistics, and Local Governments programs started their vocational training in institutions and organizations such as HAUS, JMW, Ak Gıda, Lezitta, and Kosk Municipality. In this way, students have the chance to gain real work experience in their fields and make a strong entry into the sector.

This system not only provides students with the opportunity to put the knowledge they have acquired in the lessons into practice, but also introduces them to the requirements of the business world. When they graduate, Kosk Vocational School students will face employers not only with a diploma, but also with real experience gained in the sector. Thus, they will gain an advantage in their careers by making a stronger and more prepared start in business life.

This model, which is also a great gain for businesses, offers companies early access to qualified labor force. While young people adapt to the sector during the training process, businesses have the opportunity to recognize and train the most suitable employees for them early on.

This training model directly supports not only individual careers but also the economic development of our country. Competent, productive, and innovative young people play a critical role in increasing Turkey's industrial and economic power. This visionary step taken by Kosk Vocational School draws attention as a valuable investment in both the future of students and the development of our country.
