Dr. Ayşe Kübra Söyler, Research Assistant at the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Health Sciences, Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADU), has achieved international recognition with her recent academic success.
Dr. Söyler was awarded the Fourth Prize in the “Best Oral Presentation” category at the 8th International Congress on Health Sciences and Life, held between April 16–19, 2025, and hosted by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. Her presentation, titled “Caregiver's Burden and Their Relationship to Physical Activity, Exercise Self-Efficacy, Perceived Exercise Benefits and Barriers in Caregivers of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder,” was recognized by the jury for its academic value and multidimensional approach.
The study, which examined various factors such as physical activity levels, perceived self-efficacy regarding exercise, and challenges faced by caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder, was commended for its significant contribution to the field.
This award highlights the dedication and impactful research efforts of our academic staff, further strengthening ADU’s growing presence in the global academic community.
