Our University's PUSAY Aviation Team achieved a great success in the category of “Firsts and Achievements in Aviation” at the International Aviation Awards organized within the scope of BlueSky Awards on November 23, 2024. The team won the award with the “UAV Supported Emergency Lighting System (For Rescue and Security)” project and received the first international aviation award in the history of our University.
PUSAY Aviation Team emphasized that the team spirit shown throughout the competition process was one of the most important building blocks of this success with the understanding of keeping the values of the past alive and maintaining the project culture, and stated that they will continue to make our University proud by continuing their work with perseverance and determination.
