Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for ADU Hospital’s New Outpatient Clinic and Laboratory Building

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 5, 2025, for the construction of the New Outpatient Clinic and Laboratory Building at the campus of Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADU) Hospital.

The new facility, designed in line with the requirements of modern healthcare services, will have a total indoor area of 3,500 square meters. According to the project plan, the lower floor will house a 55-room outpatient clinic, while the upper floor will be dedicated to biochemistry and microbiology laboratories.

Once operational, the new building is expected to significantly expand the hospital’s capacity, enabling the delivery of more efficient and faster healthcare services to a larger number of patients. Additionally, with laboratory results being processed in a shorter time, patient flow will become smoother, and clinical processes will be more organized and efficient.

Designed to offer a more functional and spacious working environment for healthcare professionals, the building will also provide a more comfortable service experience for patients. In this way, it aims to enhance both patient satisfaction and the overall quality of healthcare services.
