Faculty Members of German Language and Literature Prof. Dr. K. Can Bulut, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Asst. Prof. Dr. Gökhan Şefik Erkurt, Asst. Prof. Dr. Meryem Nakiboğlu, Instr. Ulviye Karaca from the School of Foreign Languages German Preparatory Program, and Specialist Dr. Nilgün Yüce as speaker, working as a lecturer at Bielefeld and Akdeniz University, and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), attended the seminar.
Specialist Dr. Nilgün Yüce gave information to students and academicians of ADU on education opportunities, accommodation, job opportunities, summer courses, volunteering and language camps in undergraduate and graduate programs at universities in Germany as well as German language education. In addition, Specialist Dr. Nilgün Yüce, who gave clues on research scholarships and opportunities for academicians who have completed their doctorate, talked about the benefits of the educational activities and initiatives to be made in both countries' education and relations network.
Drawing attention to the importance of increasing the activities as well as making use of opportunities for students and academicians, Dr. Yüce spoke on the basis of her experience that projects in interdisciplinary programs will create awareness and recognition on behalf of ADU.
In addition to students and faculty members of the German Language and Literature Department, students and staff from many departments such as Faculty of Science and Letters, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering attended as listeners. After the presentation, the audience, whose expertise varied, asked their questions about education, research and study opportunities in Germany, and thanked Dr. Nilgün Yüce and the faculty members of German Language and Literature as the organizer of the seminar.
