Our University’s Faculty of Engineering Academics Visited HAUS Centrifuge Technologies Within the Scope of University-Industry Collaboration
Academics from the Faculty of Engineering of our University visited the new campus of HAUS Centrifuge Technologies as part of the university-industry collaboration initiative.
The visit was attended by Prof. Dr. Nevin Yağcı, Prof. Dr. Olcay Üzengi Aktürk, Prof. Dr. İnci Erhan, Dr. Aslı Zungur Bastıoğlu, Dr. Hilmi Saygın Sucuoğlu, and Dr. Gözde Alp.
During the visit, HAUS Senior R&D Manager Erdem Sağlam and our Mechanical Engineering graduate Erturan Yetişkin delivered an informative presentation. The discussions focused on university-industry cooperation opportunities that would contribute to the development of Aydın and Türkiye's industrial and technological sectors.
With the participation of HAUS Operations General Manager İbrahim Akman, evaluations were made regarding the sector. The program concluded with a factory tour where participants closely examined the machinery used in olive oil production facilities and various manufacturing processes.
The academic staff expressed that it was a productive and insightful visit, extending their gratitude to the management and employees of HAUS Centrifuge Technologies for their warm hospitality.
