Champions shared their joy with Rector
Our University Tennis Team won the championship in men’s and women’s categories in the 2nd League tennis competitions organized by the Federation of University Sports on March 5-8, 2019.
Women’s teams from 36 universities and men’s teams from 42 universities attended the championship held in Antalya. Director of the School of Physical Education and Sports Assoc. Prof. Dr. Reşat Kartal, our students and their coaches Lecturer Nermin Şentürk and Lecturer Vedat Şentürk who shared their joy with Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk ALDEMİR stated that they would fight to win the first League.
Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Selçuk Aldemir congratulated our Men and Women’s tennis teams who became champions in the competition and said “We are proud of the champions of our university. We are assertive in almost every branch. I congratulate our students and their coaches, and wish them a continued success.”
