Our university’s Bozdogan Vocational School (MYO) implemented the 3+1 On-the-Job Vocational Training Model at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year. Within this framework, students have started their long-term internship training in the business world during the 2024-2025 Spring semester.
Through this model, students apply the theoretical knowledge they acquired during the first three semesters in real business environments during their fourth semester. This system not only helps students gain industry experience but also enhances their employability after graduation, aiming to establish a strong connection between students and the business sector.
With this practice-oriented education model, Bozdogan Vocational School seeks to equip its graduates with stronger professional skills and a competitive edge in the industry.
