Our University State Conservatory has added a new one to its international awards. Umut Epözdemir, a 1st year undergraduate student of the Piano Major of the Department of Music of the State Conservatory of our University, who participated in the “2024 Salzburg International Music Competition”, was awarded the third prize in the 18-19 age, “Emerging Talent” category with his piano performance.
Director of the State Conservatory, Instr. Dr. Emre Üstgül congratulated our student Umut Epözdemir, and his teacher, Instr. Alexandr Mekaev and all the teachers who made a great effort for our student, and stated that the State Conservatory will continue to successfully represent our country and our University by receiving international awards in 2024.
