Our University achieved a significant victory by becoming the Türkiye Champion in both men's and women's categories at the Inter-University Indoor Athletics Championship, held in Bursa on February 25-26, 2025.
Competing in 30 categories, our athletes secured medals in 28, achieving an outstanding total of 28 medals – 13 gold, 11 silver, and 4 bronze – and left their mark on the championship.
The ADU Faculty of Sports Sciences students, known as the "School of Champions," earned the right to represent Türkiye at the Inter-University Indoor Athletics World Championship, which will be held in 2026.
Rector of Our University, Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent, congratulated the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences for their remarkable success and stated:

Nisanur Canikli Temel, Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Savaş Duman, and all faculty members who contributed to preparing our students for the championship.
