The training took place at the Didim Chamber of Commerce Meeting Hall, where Dr. Lecturer Ferhat Sirinyildiz from our university provided insights on "Equal Opportunity for Women," "Gender Discrimination," and "Mobbing and Legal Approaches."
Dr. Lecturer Salim Kaya delivered presentations on "Motivation in Difficult Times," "Businesswoman and the Tree of Life," and "Soft Skills and Employability Skills."
Lecturer Mehmet Atik provided information on "Etiquette and Protocol Rules."
The "A Woman's Touch Project," initiated by the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, aims to offer career-focused, certified, and free training sessions to increase awareness of the qualifications needed for women to apply for senior management positions in the tourism sector. The project also seeks to enhance the visibility of qualified, value-adding women in the industry.
The training sessions concluded with gifts presented by protocol members to our university's academicians in appreciation of their contributions.
