Our university has achieved a significant increase in its project applications within the scope of the 2025 TÜBİTAK 1001 Program. The number of applications, which was 21 last year, has increased by 42% this year, reaching 30 applications. This development has once again demonstrated our university's commitment to scientific research and its determination to strengthen its research culture.
The increasing motivation of our academicians in project development and the effectiveness of the support mechanisms provided by our university played a key role in this success. This upward trend also stands as a concrete indicator of the trust placed in our research ecosystem.
Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent, stated:
