The first session of the "Stress Relief and Positive Psychological Capital" training, organized by our Continuous Education Center (ADÜSEM), took place on February 21, 2025, at the AISYEM Conference Hall.
The training aimed to strengthen individuals' psychological capital and enhance their ability to cope effectively with stress in professional life. The session featured speakers from our university: Prof. Dr. Nermin Koruklu from the Faculty of Education, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Öner from the Faculty of Nursing, Department of Mental Health and Diseases Nursing.
During the training, participants were informed about the significance of stress relief and positive psychological capital for overall well-being. Prof. Dr. Koruklu and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öner emphasized the four core components of psychological capital:
They highlighted how these components help individuals become more resilient in facing personal and professional challenges. The training also stressed that developing the ability to cope with stress directly impacts personal health and overall life quality.
