Ali Yiğit, Director of the Administrative Affairs of the Kosk District Governorate, introduced the "E-Government Open Door Model" to students at the Kosk Vocational School (Vocational School) Conference Hall of our University, upon the instructions of the Aydın Governorship.
During the event, students were given forms to express their requests, complaints, demands, and expectations, which they were asked to fill out. It was emphasized that the Open Door Model aims to enable citizens to establish faster and more effective communication with public institutions.
Students gained detailed information about the functioning of the system and showed significant interest in this application, which is designed to encourage them to play a more active role in accessing public services.
