The "Cinema Talk" event, organized by our Faculty of Medicine, was held on February 21, 2025, at the Atatürk Congress Center Isa Bey Hall. The talk featured Dr. Osman Olcay Özçolpan, a Medical Microbiology Specialist, as the guest speaker.
The event was attended by Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Gökhan Cesur, along with academicians and students.
During the session, Dr. Özçolpan shared his experiences from participating in cinema and theater communities during his time as a medical student. Emphasizing the importance of engaging in diverse activities alongside medical education, he highlighted how experiences in cinema and theater positively contribute to personal development.
Dr. Özçolpan also introduced the concept of "Film Analysis" by discussing the renowned movie "Whiplash".
The event concluded with a Q&A session.
